These terms cover orders placed through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

How an order works

This site does not take payment. Sending the order form sends us a message. We reply with what is in stock, what delivery will cost, and the total. An order is only agreed once we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted the total.

Prices

Prices shown are per unit and exclude delivery and any applicable sales tax. We may change them; the price we confirm to you in writing is the price that applies to your order.

Food products

Everything we sell is a food product. Check the label on the item you receive for ingredients, allergens and dates before consuming it. The label governs. Manba Pike contains peanuts. If you have a food allergy, read the label rather than this website.

Alcohol

No alcoholic product is sold through this website.

Delivery and collection

We deliver and take collections locally. We will confirm the arrangement for your order before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns

Food products cannot be returned once they have left us, except where the goods are damaged, spoiled or not what you ordered. Tell us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will replace them or refund them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
