The short version: the order form is the only thing on this site that collects anything about you, and what it collects goes to us by email so we can answer you.

What we collect

• What you type into the order form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number and town, plus the order itself and any note.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and user agent, used to keep the site up and to stop abuse.

What we do not collect

• No payment card details — this site never takes payment.
• No accounts and no passwords.
• No advertising or analytics trackers, and no third-party cookies.

Why we hold it

To reply to your order and to fulfil it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Our order messages are delivered by a SOC 2 Type II email delivery provider and the site is served by SOC 2 Type II cloud infrastructure. They process data on our instructions only. We do not name our sub-processors publicly; if you need the list for a contract, write to us and we will provide it.

How long we keep it

Order messages stay in our mailbox as a record of the sale. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax records.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@bongoupeyi.com. If you are in California, this includes your rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
